A soothing handmade cotton eye pillow filled with dried lavender and rose-scented flaxseed to calm your mind, help you relax or aid sleep. Ideal for yoga and meditation. Use chilled for headache relief. Designed to sit comfortably across your eyes and temples.
Removable washable 100% cotton cover. If scent dulls, give it a good rub to reactivate. You can add drops of lavender, rose or citrus oils to the inner if you prefer a stronger scent. Heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds or refrigerate for 30+ mins for relief of headaches.
